Yes, free shipping is available for orders within US only.

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at nellyyoung.jewelry@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Approved returns should be sent to 2173 County Road H, Deer Park, Wisconsin 54007. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at nellyyoung.jewelry@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, but it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
